Return and Exchange Policy


We hope you absolutely love your new Wicked Temptations merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept your eligible return for store credit or exchange

We're sorry, we do not offer refunds.

Merchandise must be delivered to Wicked Temptations within 30 days of your receipt of those items.

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items not returned in original condition
  • Items that have been worn or damaged by customer
  • Items that are soiled or stained
  • Items that have lotion on them
  • Items soiled by body odor, deodorant, perfume or smoke
  • Items that have been laundered
  • Unsealed panties, hosiery or body stockings
  • Wigs
  • Clearance items (found in the "Sale Section" of our site)
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable

The above items are not eligible for retun or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Additional Information:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Discounts are subject to adjustment if items are returned, cancelled or exchanged.  Your store credit will be adjusted accordingly
  • Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 days after your receipt of your items and will be returned at customer's expense
  • To return or exchange one or more items please fill out the request form on the back of your invoice and return it with the item(s)
  • We recommend shipping your package to us with a tracking number.  Lost packages without proof of delivery to us will not be given return credit
  • For exchanges: Please remit $5.50 (or $11.50USD for Canada or $20.50USD for all other international shipments) to cover postage/handling
  • In the unlikely event you received an item with a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace it with the same item with no additional shipping charge
