How We Ship
- We use either UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail, depending on the shipping address:
- The US lower 48 states when we have a physical address.
- UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
- Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business Day Delivery is available. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the same day if the items ordered are in stock.
US Postal Service Priority Mail
- PO Boxes
- Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's
- US Possessions
- Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day Air shipments available. Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day if the items ordered are in stock.
UPS International & UPS International Canada
- International (3-5 days depending on customs clearance)
- We do not offer Next or 2-Day Delivery with this service.
- Please note: All packages that are over 2lbs and outside UPS service area will be shipped through the US Postal Service.
- For fraud protection all international orders are required to have matching billing and shipping addresses.
- All international orders maybe subject to import duties and taxes. WickedTemptations.com is not responsible for these additional charges.
- For more information regarding your country's custom polices please contact your local customs office.
- Any unclaimed or refused packages will be charged according to UPS return shipping and customs fees.
UPS Address Correction Charge
Please make sure your "ship to" address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. UPS now charges for "Address Corrections" and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card when it is billed to us. NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable.
We also offer UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day service to US addresses, ONLY if the items are in stock. The additional charges are $6.95, $8.95 and $16.95, respectively. Please note that UPS & USPS DO NOT guarantee 3 day delivery.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
In most cases, your order will be sent out the same day it is placed, if placed before 2pm PST and items are in stock. Although we strive to keep all items in stock, in some cases they may be unavailable. You can call 1-800-883-9693 between 9am and 5pm pst (Mon-Fri) if you want to check availability for a particular item.
Your credit card will automatically be pre-authorized once you click on "Finalize Checkout". If expedited service (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day) is requested and part of the order is not shipable, you will receive notice of the situation. If you choose to ship the in-stock items immediately, the remaining backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible at no extra cost to the customer.
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take as long as 6 business days (see map below). Orders shipped via the US Postal Service usually take about a week for domestic deliveries and within two weeks for international shipments... obviously, these estimates will vary greatly.
Shipping services do not refund service fees for delivery delays due in whole or part for: incorrect addresses, acts of God, weather, work stoppages, local or national transportation disruptions or other situations that are beyond the shippers control.
Weekends and Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please do not count weekends or holidays when calculating transit time. If you place an order for next day delivery on Friday morning, you will receive your in-stock items on Monday.
