Return Policy

You satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please fill out the request form on the back of your original invoice and return it with the item(s).

Returns must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance items (found in the Sale section of the site) may not be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy

In order for us to maintain our low price, please remit $5.50 (or $6.00 for Canada or $15.00 for all other international shipments) to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. All exchange requests must be received within 20 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charge.
